i watched the national day speech today.
oh gosh. it is my first time watching and i think i will continue to watch for the next few years!

went to the class videos page to view the funny videos.
ahh. so funny la.
saw myself hunched in the videos. ):
im learning to stand straight ok!
i know that small kids at the age of 2 are already standing straight.
but i havent learnt how to.

studying in school in the afternoon has been rather productive.
much more productive than studying at home.
went for night study yesterday and it was quite fun la.
there was this laughing gas going around.
aly, jean and i just couldnt stop laughing.

anyways, dont intend to go for anymore night studying. but afternoon studying.

how come the white choc can be sold at such a fast rate?
i went to the petrol station's ntuc, cold storage and seven 11 to check.
but all sold out!

NDP 2003 KC Girl Guides (:

It was 3 years ago when i participated in the National Day Parade with the other kc guides.
I really miss those days when we had loads of free food and goodies.
But what really mattered most was the bonding that we had.
I also made many new friends from other schools.
I can still remember that we used to have KFC for our lunch.
But we would always wish for PIZZA HUT. (:
That year, the NDP contingents had to carry umbrellas.
Red and White umbrellas.
So that when we open the umbrellas, we can get the Singapore Flag.
Ours was White.
I can still remember getting scolding for the marching.
That guy (cant remember his name) kept scolding us for not doing it well and all.
But it was a memorable experience.
The song we had to sing as we marched into the stadium:
"Forward, we're marching forward. We're marching on and on in GLORY!...Forward, we're marching forward...We're marching on in unity! For we're the pride of our nation..."
The feeling of standing in the middle of the National Stadium was GREAT.
I felt so proud to be a Singaporean.
I still am.
Even though we had to stand there for nearly an hour, it was worth doing it.
For the Nation, For the Guides Association, For KC, For myself.
3 years flew past.
Its super fast. ):
I miss every single one of you.
Especiall the KC guides who participated in the NDP 2003. (:
Hsin Ching, Deborah, Kailin, Benazir, Shivika, Pamela, Tara, Ting Xin, Melody, Audrey, Faye, Jesslyn, Hui Ying and Me.
All 14 of us (:
I will miss those days.
